Anyways, back to business.... Well, I believe I have found my wedding coordinator!!! She did the wedding of my track coach to his wife. It was beautiful! Plus Erica (the coordinator) is young and understanding, especially since I'm in school and have a lot going on. She does great work and has great prices. I'm so glad that I went with my gut and contacted her to see if she does weddings outside of the Tulsa area, and she does...**doing happy dance again**... http://www.erica-weddings.com/index2.php ...<---that's her website, give it a look!
So now, I have almost 2 checks off of my list of vendors to get. I'll have another partial check come March 3rd.
The next big checks that will need to be done include: the caterer (will have to have an idea sooner or later so I can let Cyndi Lu know), the cake baker, the florist (but I know who I want to go with, just haven't gone to talk to them yet), and rentals (that will be determined after the meeting on March 3rd, well partly, and what the caterer provides).
At least I already know, well for the most part, what I want the guys to wear. I have no clue on the girls. I just need to get with them and start playing with dresses on the web. But first, I actually have to truly ask them first before anything else can be done..lol. I'll probably end up doing that over the summer or something, or just before school starts. Don't get me started on Jeremy and groomsman..lol.
I think I'm chugging a long at a good pace since the wedding is now at 683 days away. I still feel like last week, the countdown was at like 700 and something. But I need to start writing lists so that I know what I have done and haven't done so far (plus put tenative dates for when I hope to do those things by).
Ok..I think I'm going to get off of here and try and do some Historical Research stuff. bleh..lol
